PRIVACY POLICY AND KVKK INFORMED CONSENT TEXT


1. identity of the Data Controller

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), located at 16/2 Likya (Old) Street, Ölüdeniz Neighborhood, Fethiye / Muğla, ADT TİM TURİZM TİCARET LIMITED ŞİRKETİ (TatilBizden), is the Data Controller regarding the personal data processed through our website, travel agency software panel, and digital channels.

2. YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

When purchasing a travel product, making a reservation, or contacting us via our website, the basic personal data processed are:

  • Identity Information: Name, surname, Turkish Republic identification number, passport number (for international tours), date of birth.
  • Contact Information: Phone number, email address, billing address.
  • Customer Transaction Data: Details of purchased tours, packages or daily activities, reservation date, consumer preferences.
  • Financial Information: Card/payment information used during payment via licensed payment institution infrastructure, and not stored by our company.

3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Our company collects data via an integrated external agency management panel software on our website and does not maintain a separate marketing database or advertising data list. The personal data you provide are processed for the following purposes;

  • Establishment of distance sales and service agreements, creation of reservation records, and issuance of travel tickets,
  • Operational and legal processing of purchased tour packages, holiday packages, and daily activities (paragliding flight lists, boat passenger lists, hotel accommodations, etc.),
  • Legal notifications, invoicing, and accounting processes in accordance with TURSAB regulations, Ministry of Interior/Public Security General Directorate KBS (Identity Notification System), and tax legislation,
  • Post-service support, management of cancellations/refunds, and addressing consumer requests, within the scope of the data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, in a lawful and fair manner.

4. DATA TRANSFER PROCESSES

The personal data you provide will be transferred strictly for the purposes specified above and only within the scope of legal obligations;

  • To third parties such as relevant hotels, transportation companies, tour guides, or activity providers who are our travel partners, to complete your reservation fully,
  • To public authorities such as TÜRSAB (Turkish Travel Agencies Association), the Ministry of Finance, Police Department, and judicial or administrative authorities to fulfill legal obligations,
  • To licensed online payment institutions authorized by BDDK and relevant banks to ensure secure collection of payments. Your data will never be sold, leased, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes outside of travel operations and legal obligations.

5. PAYMENT AND CARD SECURITY PROVISIONS

Online payments made through our website are conducted directly between your bank and your card via licensed payment systems that utilize international security standards such as 3D Secure and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption infrastructure. TatilBizden does not see, record, or store consumers' credit card passwords, CVV codes, or full card numbers in any way.

6. COOKIE POLICY

Our website uses only "Essential Cookies" to ensure the technical stability and security of the travel agency panel software infrastructure, prevent loss of users' travel products in their cart, and maintain session security.

  • We do not operate “Advertising, Marketing, and Targeting Cookies” that track users' browsing behavior, create profiles, or display advertising on external platforms.
  • You have the right to completely block or delete cookies through your internet browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.). However, disabling mandatory cookies may prevent the reservation and online payment functions of our website from working technically.

7. DATA SUBJECT (CONSUMER) LEGAL RIGHTS

In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK, every consumer using our website can contact TatilBizden via adttim@hotmail.com to:

  • Learn whether personal data concerning themselves are processed,
  • Request information if data is processed,
  • Learn whether data is used in accordance with its purpose of processing,
  • Learn the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or internationally,
  • Request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data, or deletion or destruction of data if the purpose of processing no longer exists.
